​Owen Voutsinas-Klose is a sophomore in the College of Arts & Sciences studying Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE). He’s originally from Nyack, NY, and is interested in legal issues surrounding administrative, constitutional and election law.  In addition to PULJ, he writes and edits for the Penn Wharton Public Policy Initiative and is a Public Policy Intern for the nonprofit Committee of Seventy.
