Lawrence Froymovich

A freshman in Wharton from Long Island, New York, Lawrence plans to study finance and behavioral economics with a minor in American Public Policy. He currently leads the Penn chapter of Fin$marts Against Crimes, a 501(c)(3) non-profit he established that works to reduce crime by empowering youth with the tools to make better financial decisions. He is involved in Wharton Undergraduates in Public Policy (Policy Team), Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club (Case Team), Wharton Business Law Association, and Penn Jazz Combos. Lawrence is also a Peer Educator for Financial Wellness @ Penn and an intern with the Penn Wharton Budget Model. On Long Island, he serves as Senior Advisor at the Nassau County Peer Diversion Court, where he mentors arrested youths and facilitates pre-trial and trial proceedings. After graduating from Penn, Lawrence is interested in attending law school. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, working out, and playing jazz trumpet and piano.
