Coming from Irvine, California, Julie is a junior (C’18) majoring in Health and Societies Healthcare Policy and Law and minoring in Law and Society. As a previous nursing student, she always had a passion for healthcare and medical malpractice law and wants to help people get healthcare they deserve, despite their background and circumstances, and to help people without a voice in medical malpractice cases. She interned at a Christian law firm over the summer that specialized in Immigration, Medical malpractice, personal injury, and corporate law. She is a part of the Business Staff at PULJ, but also a member of Phi Alpha Delta, Penn’s pre law fraternity, and serves at her church GCC. In her free time, she likes going to eat good food and post on her food instagram (@hooleethefoodee), spend time with her friends and church family, and watch Korean dramas.
