Eugenia Hartness is a Freshman (C'26) in the College of Arts and Sciences from Raleigh, NC. She plans to major in either International Relations or Health & Societies with a minor in Russian Studies. Some of her interests include foreign policy, national security, and legal studies. She is also involved on campus with the Penn Political Review's Interview Team, as well as Fedpass—the Government and Politics Association’s legislative advocacy program. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and studying Russian language & culture.
