​Elena is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences majoring in Political Science and minoring in East Asian Languages and Civilizations. Coming from a Ukrainian household, she is fascinated with both American constitutional law as well as Ukraine's. As the vice president of Penn's chapter of Liberty in North Korea, she is also fascinated with North Korean human rights and East Asian politics. Besides PULJ, Elena is also involved in the Wharton Business Law Association, Zeta Tau Alpha Women's Fraternity philanthropy, and dances on the Quaker Girls Dance Team!
