Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Davis Berlind is a Senior (C'16) in the College of Arts and Sciences. He is majoring in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and minoring in Consumer Psychology and German. As a veteran of Penn’s Integrated Studies Program, Davis is an actively involved member of the Benjamin Franklin Scholars. Davis first developed an interest in law and public policy as a competitor for his high school’s Policy Debate team. Davis has continued pursuing his interest in the legal process at Penn through his involvement with the Journal and as a volunteer coach and the Vice President of Penn for Youth Debate, an organization that serves underprivileged students in Philadelphia by teaching them Public Forum Debate. Davis’ other involvements include the Penn Ski Team, the Penn Polo Team, and his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon.
