Penn Undergraduate Law Journal Constitutional Amendment No. 1
Constitutional Amendment No. 1 proposes the following:
1. For the purposes of Editor-in-Chief elections, and any runoff elections resulting therefrom, quorum is defined as all non-candidate board members with respect to the race under consideration. Editor-in-Chief elections may only take place if quorum is satisfied.
2. If there is a board vacancy, which does not include absences, then the Copy Editor will assume voting rights exclusively for the purposes of the Editor-in-Chief and any resultant runoff elections.
3. If there is more than one board vacancy, which does not include absences, then all votes (board and non-board) will count equally.
4. Provisions one through four in this amendment will replace Section(1)B requirements for Editor-in-Chief elections.
