Celia is a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences from Little Rock, Arkansas. She is majoring in the Communications and Public Service Program and minoring in Legal Studies and History, hoping to attend law school after completing her undergraduate education. Celia is also part of the inaugural cohort of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation’s Paideia Fellows Program. Outside of PULJ, she has interned for a U.S. Congressional Committee and written for a local, weekly newspaper in rural Arkansas. At Penn, Celia has been involved with the Penn Policy Consulting Group, the Daily Pennsylvanian, and Wharton Undergraduates in Public Policy. In her free time, she loves reading, running, playing tennis, and baking.
