​Andrew is a sophomore in the College majoring in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics (PPE). Originally from San Diego, he also went to school in Lausanne, Switzerland and Barcelona, Spain. He interested in law, politics, and economics, and also serves as an editor for the Penn Political Review and a writer for the Penn International Relations Review. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, looking at maps, and napping.
